The degree requirements for this degree are 30 hours of graduate credit distributed in the following manner:
9 hours of major study in either American Politics, Comparative Politics, International Politics, or Political Theory
6 Hours of minor study in a second area of the fields available for major study or Public Administration
3 hour course: Techniques of Political Science and Public Administration Research Seminar
6 hours of electives
6 hours of additional electives or the completion of an M.A. thesis
