Brief Biography:
Rollin F. Tusalem is an assistant professor of political science at Arkansas State University. He received his doctorate in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2008. His most recent work has appeared in the following journals; Comparative Political Studies, the International Political Science Review, Journal of East Asian Studies, and Taiwan Journal of Democracy. His research has also appeared in book chapters published by university presses.
